Return Policy

We will make it right.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase on our website, simply contact us within 10 days of your order ship date and we will gladly issue a refund or a replacement. You will be responsible returning non-perishable products to our warehouse and you will also be responsible for shipping charges.

If you make a purchase at one of our affiliated retailers and find that your grain cube is expired, we will replace it free of charge if you provide email proof of purchase location and date.

Due to the perishable nature of our grain-based products, we offer a 7 day contamination free guarantee. If you do notice contamination on any Grain Cube, send us a picture within 10 days of the product’s ship date and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

Contamination can come in many forms. Molds will often be green or black and sometimes yellow. When bacterial growth is present, your grain bag will be over-inflated and the grains will become darker and begin to look milky and wet, typically near the bottom of the bag. We do not offer refunds for any issues arising due to live cultures, genetics, and/or spores.
